First time shopping with Konstantin Watch Company and they did not disappoint!I was in the market for Everose Gold/Steel Rolex with the Mother of Pearl dial and in less than 24 hours Michael had sourced, and took delivery of a brand new July 2023 piece. Michael invited me to their boutique at Dubai Gold & Diamond Park to view the piece, which was in pristine condition, with full stickers, box and paperwork. We shook hands and completed the purchase there & then!From initial contact, to meeting in person, and even post purchase, Michael has been an absolute gentlemen and has ensured a first class service from the outset. Michael was an absolute gentleman, a true professional and a pleasure to interact with. Was able to source me two Rolex Submariner models as I wanted to compare both in person. There was no added pressure from Michael to purchase either and he kept both models available for me to come in and see personally. Less than a week from first walking in, I walked out with my dream Submariner on my wrist and I have not taken it off since. Michael has been absolutely incredible and a true gent. I first visited his store in November 2022 just to get a feel for some of the watches. He wasn’t pushy at all and he was great towards me and my Mrs and hugely informative. I eventually decided on the watch I wanted in Feb 2023 and he managed to source me the Rolex Submariner (black) in 1 day. He could have got me a 2022 one but he knew what it meant to me and got the latest one (2023). I absolutely love it, the whole experience with him was world class. I’m definitely getting my next watch from him and so is the Mrs. Just want to say a big thank you and I can’t recommend him enough.
